The marina Korkyra is located in a picturesque 9.5 km long bay in the small town of Vela Luka on the island of Korčula, making it the safest natural location for yachters in the Adriatic. It is also the only marina in the western part of the island of Korčula.
The crystal clear sea provides the perfect blend of nautical and tourist destinations. With up-to-date equipment and with a capacity of 135 berths, Korkyra Marina can accommodate vessels from 7 to 40 m of length. Due to its unique and modern architectural design, land access to the marina is limited to pedestrians only, and the marina itself is a pedestrian zone. Only modern and environmentally friendly materials were used in the construction, which emphasize the exclusivity and the investor’s desire to make the marina environmentally acceptable for all participants and to fit perfectly into the destination’s scenery. The marina is designed as an island connected to the shore by bridges, which puts the final touch on its recognizable visual appearance. The inviting marina’s deck offers a breathtaking view of the islet of Ošjak and of Vela Luka.
The Marina Korkyra project is one of the largest projects, extremely important for the future development of the place, because it positions Vela Luka on the map as a new port of Croatian nautical tourism.
