    Attractive weekend on Krk with yoga and cycling for an active summer start

    Driven by the emotions of long-term visitors to the island of Krk, they decided to launch a campaign that will provide not only old but also new guests with an insight into everything that makes the island of Krk really special.

    In the city of Krk, guests are currently staying in three open camps, in private accommodation and three hotels. In the coming days, with the lifting of travel restrictions within the EU, more guests are expected. The Tourist Board of the City of Krk therefore supported and joined the programs this weekend hosted by the City of Krk.

    This is the 5th International Yoga Day, which will be held on Saturday, June 20, when the city and the island of Krk will be part of the community of 35 Croatian cities, which in the period from 15 to 24 June marks the protocol International Yoga Day - yoga for harmony, peace and community. Yoga on Porporela beach organized by the Independent Sports Activity (Surya Yoga Island Krk / Infinity sport) and the Tourist Board of the City of Krk, and under the auspices of the Embassy of India.

    Three attractive cycling stories united under the already recognizable name Krk Bike Story, under the names Family Story, Romantic Story and Adrenaline Story, with previous registrations will be held free of charge for three weeks in June.

    On Sunday, June 21, a bicycle tour called Romantic Story starts from the town of Krk. This moderately demanding cycling tour is 38 kilometers long and is suitable for beginners and recreationists. The schedule is ideal for couples and includes a visit to the ethno museum, a tasting of Vrbnik žlahtina wine and a relaxing ride by the sea.

    This weekend, more domestic and foreign guests are expected, both due to the richer program and the abolition of the toll for the Krk bridge.
