    Autumn, adrenaline weekend and two races in two days on two Kvarner islands: Cres and Lošinj!

    Cres i Lošinj Weekend Trail and Lošinj Optimist Regatta

    The 21st Lošinj Cup - an optimist regatta in the Lošinj area in front of the Čikat bay - is a real sporting weekend and lasts all weekend. It starts on November 1st with an 11 a.m. start. In the highest-ranking criterion race for the Optimist class, children under 15 compete. As every year, many competitors from Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Italy and Croatia are expected.

    On Saturday, November 2nd, the sports weekend continues with the Cres & Lošinj Trail Weekend. Cres & Lošinj Trail Weekend is a trail race consisting of two separate stages with three difficulty categories: Challenger (long 25 km,560 rise) Active (middle 15 km,280 rise) and Light (short 8 km,160 rise). The competitors can choose which category they want to participate in and choose one or both days of this unique trail event. The idea is to connect and present the beautiful landscapes of both islands, their hidden corners and high peaks during the trail race. The first stage is on island Lošinj and the second stage in on Cres. After each race, the winner is announced and after both races, the overall winner of Cres & Lošinj Trail Weekend is announced in male and female category.

    The overall winner is the one with fastest time for both races in Rainbow category combined.
